The Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office, managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and driving organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and members of the ELT.
- Coordinate ELT and Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Skills and Experience Required
- You will be able to demonstrate 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach.

Paralympic Classification Lead (Swimming Australia)
Description
Are you passionate about Para-sport and driven to make a difference in Paralympic athlete development? Paralympics Australia (PA) and Swimming Australia (SA) are looking for a Paralympic Classification Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering SA’s classification program, ensuring compliance with international standards while promoting athlete progression and integrity.
About the Role
As the Paralympic Classification Lead, you will:
- Develop and implement SA’s classification strategy, policies, and operational plans.
- Coordinate domestic and international classification opportunities, ensuring alignment with WPS and IPC standards.
- Support athletes in their preparation for International Classification.
- Manage classification disputes and appeals, ensuring fair resolution processes.
Qualifications
- Preferred background in sport management, sport science, or related fields.
- Allied health professionals transitioning to managerial roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Current Working with Children’s Check and completion of key sport integrity training courses.
