Thrown into a Canberra team at the national championships in order to make up numbers in 2022, she hasn’t looked back.
Ella is classified as a 2.5 player and won her first world championship gold medal at the 2022 IWRF World Championship in Vejle, Denmark, when Australia defeated the United States.
She is also a busy advocate for her sport, having been appointed by the Asia Oceania Zone to be their representative on the IWBF’s Athlete Steering Committee, whose task has been to establish an Athlete’s Commission.
