Libby shooting for gold
Veteran Libby Kosmala, of South Australia, produced a score of 390 out of 400 in her qualifying round to move into the final of the women’s 10m Air Rifle.
The 66-year-old, competing in her 10th Paralympics, was only two points adrift of top pointscorer, Veronika Vadovicova, of Slovenia, with 392 out of a possible 400.
“She just keeps getting better with age…a fantastic performance,” said Head Coach Miro Sipek.
